REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

Does Cristopher accept returns / exchanges?
Cristopher accepts returns and exchanges within 15 days after receiving your purchase.
Except for in circumstances where the product has some kind of fault when the customer receives it, the client must pay the shipping cost of sending us the product/s. Once he has received the products he will send the client a coupon which they can use in his website, equivalent to the amount of money of the returned product. This code will be valid for one year (beginning on the day he sends it). 
If you would like to exchange a product or ask for an exchange, please send an e-mail to cristophermendezart@gmail.com detailing your purchase number and the reason behind your request.


What to do if you want to return a product?
If you would like to return a product or ask for a refund, please send an email to cristophermendezart@gmail.com detailing your purchase number, your name and surname or the email that you used during your purchase. Please detail the reasons behind your request and he will reply as soon as possible.


What is the period within which I can return a product?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your purchase.


Do returns have a cost for the client?
The only cost for the client are the shipping cost for returning the product.


SHIPPING


Does Cristopher ship to all parts of the world?
Yes, he ships all over the world. The day your purchase is shipped you will be sent an email confirming that your purchase is on its way with a link to track your delivery. His products are shipped from Valencia (Spain) through the Spanish national postal service.


How long will it take to receive my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once he has shipped your order and after that it depends on your country's postal system. Delivery times will vary from country to country:


· Spain: between 3-6 business days
· International: between 1-4 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes, he always sends certificated packages. · Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: starts at €6.00
· Rest of Europe: starts at €10.00
· Rest of the world: starts at €15.00


Where can I receive my package?
The package will be sent to the address which you have indicated during the purchase procedure. You can indicate any valid shipping address (home, work...). Please ensure to provide the complete address – apartment number, post code etc.


What is the shipping procedure?
You will receive an email once your purchase has been completed. You will receive a second email once your purchase has been shipped.

If you want to put an order on this website:
1. Choose the category and subcategory of the product(s) you want to buy.
2. Check the product(s) you are interested in. Clicking on each of them you will see their detailed information as you will access to each product’s page. Here you will find photography which you can enlarge just clicking on each of them; some products have more than one photograph. You can also check each product description, composition, reference, price and any other product’s information that may interest you.
3. Once you select the product you want to order, from its own page or from the general product listing using the fast purchase button, you can enter the number of pieces you want to add to your shopping cart. Then you can keep on shopping or checkout.
4. If you want to keep on purchasing, just repeat the process. If you want to pay for your order, click the checkout button or your shipping cart.
5. Enter the information that is asked in the fields, shipping and billing address and check that they are correct.
6. Choose the shipping that better suits you.
7. Choose the payment method.
8. Confirm your purchase and send payment.
9. You will receive a order confirmation email.


Which countries are allowed to order from this website?
Currently any country can put an order in this website.


Do you restock sold out items?
Yes always. If there is a sold out item you are interested in, send an email to cristophermendezart@gmail.com.


Is the product that appears on the photography the same I am ordering?
Yes. Each photography shows the product you are purchasing.


How do I know if I have correctly placed my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a order confirmation email. If you don’t get this email, send an email to cristophermendezart@gmail.com.


Can I delete some items of my order?
Yes. From your shipping cart you can delete the items you don't want to order if you haven’t placed your order yet.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order sending an email to cristophermendezart@gmail.com. This option is only available if your order has not been shipped yet.


What can I do if the item I have received is damaged or have some imperfections?
Cristopher only sells new and perfect conditions items. So in the rare case that you received a damaged product email him as soon as possible at cristophermendezart@gmail.com.


What do I have to do if I receive a wrong product?
In the rare case that, by mistake, you receive a product that was not what you ordered, email Cristopher as soon as possible.

How can I pay my order?

A credit card can be refused because:
